Provence Pays d'Arles is a land of wonder for gourmets. The region has a total of ten rosettes awarded by the Michelin Guide and twenty-two 'toques' (chef's hats) awarded by the Gault and Millau Guide.

It already has 6 AOP products, including the Camargue Bull and Camargue Rice AOP, as well as the Wine and Olive Oil of the Vallée des Baux de Provence. In addition to its famous and exported treasures, Provence Pays d'Arles provides the opportunity for unlimited gourmet adventures, during which you will encounter passionate craftspeople and unforgettable products.

    Provence Pays d'Arles is a land of wonder for gourmets. The diversity of its soils and talents has given this region an exceptionally broad range of products and specialities. The region already has six AOP products, including the Camargue Bull AOP, Camargue Rice AOP, the Wine of the Vallée des Baux de Provence AOP, the Olive Oil of the Vallée des Baux de Provence AOP, the Crushed Green Olive AOP and the Black Olive AOP; other products such as La Crau Lamb will no doubt join this highly selective club.
