The parish church is of 13th century Romanesque origin and was dedicated to Notre-Dame-de-Bethléem. It was replaced by the church of Saint Agatha, patron saint of the village. In the 17th century, the building was facing ruin; restoration work was started and later completed during a more extensive project in 1760. Worship had been banned at the church, as the building was judged too dangerous. A master mason from Tarascon built the chancel, sacristy, bell tower and two chapels (Sainte-Agathe and Sainte-Vierge).

This Baroque-style theatre is a former church which belonged to the Friars Preachers. In 1333, having abandoned Jarnègues Island, they settled in the St Nicolas district of Tarascon, where they were given St Jean Batiste Chapel. They replaced it with a very beautiful church, dedicated to the same Saint. In 1825, the chapel was transformed into a theatre, which was officially inaugurated in 1828. It was destroyed by a fire in 1884. The reconstruction of the theatre began in 1887. The façade was completely recreated and a huge, deep stage was built.

Erected in 1869 (restored in 1982 and 1994), this Oratory dedicated to Saint Eloi is one of the most common votive buildings in our region. The 1994 restoration allowed the Noves Heritage Association to bring the tradition of the Saint Eloi chariot back to Noves. This 'carreto ramado' takes place every year on the first Sunday in June. The Place de la République, in the town centre, is the result of progressive development through a number of architectural and urban operations. It is to the south of the old Roman forum. In the Middle Ages, it was reduced to a narrow forecourt between Saint-Trophime Church and Sainte-Anne Church. Its current surface area was then occupied by several residential blocks. It was mainly after the construction of the town hall, in the 17th century, that the Place changed considerably.

This chapel is located on private property by the side of the Chemin de Saint-Véran. The quality and perfect stone-setting of this building, most of which is in ruins, make it one of the most characteristic in Romanesque Provence. It had a single nave, with a barrel vault resting on transverse arches and built around a semi-domed apse; on each side of the entrance to the apse were rubble stones decorated with foliage with plant and geometrical designs. There was a side chapel to the south.

Saint Michel de Frigolet Abbey (12th-14th century), in the heart of the unspoilt landscape of La Montagnette, takes its name from the many thyme bushes ('ferigoulo' in Provençal) that dot the hills. In 1133, a community of St Augustine canons settled in Frigolet; the current heart of the monastery dates from this period - the cloister (early 12th century), Saint Michel Church (12th century) and the small Notre Dame du Bon Remède Chapel (11th century).
