Rebuilt at the end of the 17th century on the site of an old fortress destroyed by the residents of Les Baux, the château and its chapel did not go by the name of d'Estoublon until the 18th century. The estate, which covers 200 hectares, as well as its wine-growing and oil-producing operations, was restored around ten years ago by the Schneider family. A milestone testifying to the passage of the old Via Aurelia was found in the château grounds. The Via Aurelia connected the Rhône from Tarascon, to Rome, via Aix and then the Col de la Turbie in Alpes Maritimes.

This is a very attractive Oratory in the centre of Les Paluds de Noves. The Oratory was dedicated as a votive offering to Saint Roch, patron saint of plague victims; a traditional festival held on the first Sunday of September is dedicated to this saint. On this occasion, a 'carreto ramado' ('rowed chariot' in Provençal) parades through the hamlet of Les Paluds de Noves.

Don't miss St Maxime Church with its 11th or 12th century Provençal Romanesque nave, its apse and Gothic-style northern side-aisle, as well as the two Romanesque chapels which form a pseudo-transept. The origin of the Chapel of Christ (a regional Historic Monument) is controversial; some authors believe it to be Paleo-Christian. It received the 'Ruban du Patrimoine' award in 2003.

Croix de la Durance (The Cross of the Durance) Together with the Cross of the Grey Penitents, this cross dominates the Orgon landscape.
