Porte de l'Hortet This is the only remaining gate from the first surrounding walls built in the 12th century. It marked the end of the Chemin d’Avignon and the Chemin de Saint Rémy. It is well preserved and still has its guardroom, an oeil-de-boeuf window to the left, level with the crenellations, and a gun casement above the pointed arch. Porte Sainte-Anne

The chapel is at the entrance to the Château des Baux de Provence. Although it was originally dedicated to the Virgin Mary, it has been dedicated to Saint Catherine since the 15th century. The castle chapel was within the surrounding walls which symbolically protect the entrance to the Château, as was common in the Middle Ages. The building set vertically to the small ditch, remains of which can still be seen, was part of the Château; on the first level, that of the courtyard, it housed the castle chapel. The gaps in the cliff reveal the existence of two levels above the chapel.

(formerly Hôtel du Roure) This mansion, built in the same style as the Parisian mansions of the time, has façades on which it is still possible to see all the particularly sophisticated original decoration, as well as most of its interior layout. From the street, visitors can admire the porch bearing the coat of arms of the Le Roure family, the three wings surrounding the courtyard, the décor of supporting wall ties on the ground floor and the elegance of the large windows. The former Cloister of the Friars Minor, built circa 1550, stands on Place Frédéric Mistral. This beautiful Renaissance-style cloister belonged to the convent founded in Tarascon by this Order in 1362. The monks stayed there until the Revolution, when the convent was sold as a national asset. The town bought the building in 1861 in order to open a crèche, which would be managed by the Sisters of Notre Dame l'Auxiliaire. Their initials (N.D.A.) are engraved on a cross above the entrance door, which leads to a simple room with a wooden ceiling.

It is a beautiful manor house with a Virgin in a corner niche and a sundial that Mistral installed in 1903: 'Gai lezert, bèu toun soulèu l’ouro passo que trop lèu e deman ploura belèu' 'Gay lizard, drink in the sun time passes too quickly and tomorrow it may rain'. This building has been listed as a national Historic Monument since 31 July 1930.

The first known mention of the existence of Saint Peyre d'Entremonts Priory dates back to 1213. However, it was constructed before this date. The remains of the buildings are currently being restored; the 'Apier ou le Mur a des Oreilles' Association is organising volunteers to work on the site. The first job was to clear the site of the vegetation and scree that had invaded it and made it inaccessible, then the walls will gradually be rebuilt.
