The parish church is of 13th century Romanesque origin and was dedicated to Notre-Dame-de-Bethléem. It was replaced by the church of Saint Agatha, patron saint of the village. In the 17th century, the building was facing ruin; restoration work was started and later completed during a more extensive project in 1760. Worship had been banned at the church, as the building was judged too dangerous. A master mason from Tarascon built the chancel, sacristy, bell tower and two chapels (Sainte-Agathe and Sainte-Vierge).

This church was built on the site of an old chapel which probably dated back to the 12th century. The building was at risk of collapse around 1930. It was therefore fully renovated at the end of the 1930s, mainly through the generosity of Mlle de Jonquières, who financed a large part of the work and paid for a new altar.

The chapel is at the entrance to the Château des Baux de Provence. Although it was originally dedicated to the Virgin Mary, it has been dedicated to Saint Catherine since the 15th century. The castle chapel was within the surrounding walls which symbolically protect the entrance to the Château, as was common in the Middle Ages. The building set vertically to the small ditch, remains of which can still be seen, was part of the Château; on the first level, that of the courtyard, it housed the castle chapel. The gaps in the cliff reveal the existence of two levels above the chapel.

In Provençal, a 'font' was a fountain or sometimes a spring. This is a small building constructed in 1150 in the Fontvieille countryside. It housed the commune's first spring. The commune took its name from this fountain, 'Vieio Font' in Provençal, which translates as 'old fountain.'. It was already in use in Roman times and still supplies the wash house located nearby.

This Neo-Classical style building was built in 1862 in accordance with the plans of a St Rémy architect called Mr. Girard. In the wedding hall, visitors can admire a vast canvas by the Provençal painter and writer Valère Bernard, portraying a Farandole dance performed by life-sized characters. It was created in 1896 as a commission from Mistral, who bought it for one thousand gold Francs and offered it to the commune.

The bottle procession takes place in Saint Marcellin Chapel on 1 June every year. On this day, all male residents of Boulbon go to the Chapel carrying a bottle of wine. After the Provençal service, the bottles are blessed. Each participant can then have a sip of wine, while the village police officer distributes glasses to the clergy and the authorities. The wine blessed in the name of the Saint is believed to have beneficial effects against fevers and stomach aches.

The first printing workshops for 'indiennes' fabrics were created in 1818 and were located in the former Capuchin convent; in 1820 they were transferred to a church by Mr Jourdan and Mr Quinche.

Nestled in the Valley of La Fontaine, near the old wash house, is an elegant Renaissance-style corner pavilion built by Jeanne de Quiqueran, widow of Honoré des Martins, Baron of Les Baux from 1568 to 1581. Frédéric Mistral had a copy made for his tomb in Maillane. The site has been baptised 'Temple of Love' by the Félibres, writers in Occitan, in memory of the legendary lessons in love given there. This small temple was build according to a hexagonal plan.

The decorations are sombre and usually two-tone, allowing the item to take centre stage on the table. The clay is finely thrown, unlike traditional pottery.
