This cross was erected in 1733 and restored in 1824. The image of the rooster was once associated with that of the cross, in memory of the crowing of the rooster which could be heard as Peter denied Christ during the Passion. Architectural description Square cippus at the base of an octagonal column which supports a wrought iron cross surmounted by a rooster. The chapel is at the entrance to the Château des Baux de Provence. Although it was originally dedicated to the Virgin Mary, it has been dedicated to Saint Catherine since the 15th century. The castle chapel was within the surrounding walls which symbolically protect the entrance to the Château, as was common in the Middle Ages. The building set vertically to the small ditch, remains of which can still be seen, was part of the Château; on the first level, that of the courtyard, it housed the castle chapel. The gaps in the cliff reveal the existence of two levels above the chapel.

The Place de la République, in the town centre, is the result of progressive development through a number of architectural and urban operations. It is to the south of the old Roman forum. In the Middle Ages, it was reduced to a narrow forecourt between Saint-Trophime Church and Sainte-Anne Church. Its current surface area was then occupied by several residential blocks. It was mainly after the construction of the town hall, in the 17th century, that the Place changed considerably.

This civilian building was partially built in the 15th century, sold to the Ursulines and then redeveloped in the early 17th century; it was encompassed into the convent extension and then used as a residence by the Abbess. Only the façade on Rue du 4 septembre still has Renaissance features, such as pilasters and capitals (1619).

The Towers of Camargue, little of which remains on the ground, are nevertheless still present in the toponymy of the delta and in written sources. They were subject to the many fluctuations of the branches of the Rhône and their history also testifies to a range of different functions. The towers were originally defensive, and also acted as lighthouses for sailors, as visual communication aids ('farots'), and as a commercial surveillance post.

This Oratory, constructed in 1954, commemorates the 1854 miracle and gives thanks for the healing of Maillane residents during a cholera epidemic. Cholera was rife in the commune during August of that year and many people of all ages died. Some people fled the village and only 100 remained out of a population of 1,500. On 28 August 1854, a few people brought out the Madonna of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce and formed a procession. The Madonna was wearing a violet dress at the time.

This mansion could in fact be called Clémens, as it is to François de Clémens that it owes its rich 17th century architecture. The mansion is attractive, comprising a 15th century building renovated in the 17th century; it is one of the most beautiful mansions in the region of the château, combining the ideal Classicism of the Renaissance, a range of details, layout, structures and refined décor. It has four inner courtyards.

This church was built on the site of an old chapel which probably dated back to the 12th century. The building was at risk of collapse around 1930. It was therefore fully renovated at the end of the 1930s, mainly through the generosity of Mlle de Jonquières, who financed a large part of the work and paid for a new altar.
