This Neo-Classical style building was built in 1862 in accordance with the plans of a St Rémy architect called Mr. Girard. In the wedding hall, visitors can admire a vast canvas by the Provençal painter and writer Valère Bernard, portraying a Farandole dance performed by life-sized characters. It was created in 1896 as a commission from Mistral, who bought it for one thousand gold Francs and offered it to the commune.

Four successive gates protected the only access to the village prior to 1632. To reach the Valley of la Fontaine, visitors can follow the gravel path of La Calade and pass through the Porte d'Eyguières or Porte de l'Eau (because it was through this gate that the water for the villagers arrived), which was the only entrance to the village until 1866. Rebuilt by the Constable of Montmorency, in the 18th century the gate was raised by the Prince of Monaco, who had received the Barony of Les Baux in 1643.

Current Hôtel de Ville. The town's most beautiful Renaissance mansion was built in 1571 by the rich Protestant family of Claude de Manville. The irregular façade, which follows the course of the main road, contains mainly mullioned windows. The inner courtyard, flanked by a portico, repeats the same pattern as the Renaissance windows. The monumental first floor fireplace has an interlacing mantelpiece (1571) surmounting a frieze decorated with triglyphs resting on Doric columns. The Town restored the building at the end of the 1960s.

The chapel is at the entrance to the Château des Baux de Provence. Although it was originally dedicated to the Virgin Mary, it has been dedicated to Saint Catherine since the 15th century. The castle chapel was within the surrounding walls which symbolically protect the entrance to the Château, as was common in the Middle Ages. The building set vertically to the small ditch, remains of which can still be seen, was part of the Château; on the first level, that of the courtyard, it housed the castle chapel. The gaps in the cliff reveal the existence of two levels above the chapel.

Saint Michel Chapel, or the Chapel of the White Penitents, is the oldest monument in Cabannes. Constructed in the 12th century, it was abandoned in the 15th and then occupied by the Brotherhood of White Penitents in 1633; the Brotherhood restored it and remained there until 1920. Half a century later, in 1974, Jean Girard, grandson of the Brotherhood's last Prior, launched an appeal to all the people of Cabannes; this appeal was heard and the chapel was perfectly restored both inside and out.

Built in 1909, this fountain pays tribute to the River Durance which flows to the north of Châteaurenard. Its inscription, 'Eici, l’aigo es d’or' (Here, water is gold) reveals the importance of this river, not only for the Châteaurenard region, but also for a large part of the Pays d'Arles. Its canalisation and distribution throughout the territory by means of a hydraulic network of small streams and canals allowed a flourishing fruit and vegetable production industry to develop on this arid or marshy land.
