Visitors are often surprised by the imposing size and impressive Classical façade of this building, which was constructed in 1754. The pulpit jutting out from the pillar, the walnut woodwork of the ambulatory and the 19th century marble altar are all remarkable features which justify the Church's classification as a Regional Historic Monument.

Built in 1909, this fountain pays tribute to the River Durance which flows to the north of Châteaurenard. Its inscription, 'Eici, l’aigo es d’or' (Here, water is gold) reveals the importance of this river, not only for the Châteaurenard region, but also for a large part of the Pays d'Arles. Its canalisation and distribution throughout the territory by means of a hydraulic network of small streams and canals allowed a flourishing fruit and vegetable production industry to develop on this arid or marshy land.

The four mills of Fontvieille The Moulin Sourdon, more commonly called 'the fallen mill' because it was the first to lose its capital and sails, is the doyen of the four. It was built in 1791 and was operational in the 18th and 19th centuries. Set apart from the others, standing alone on a hill to the west of the Allée des Pins, the Moulin Sourdon has been abandoned by tourists and villagers alike; its location offers magnificent views of the western part of the village. It was last restored in 1958.

The Anglica Tower was built at the northern edge of La Montagnette and overlooks the town. It was constructed in 1365 by Cardinal Grimoard, brother of Pope Urban V, and is 28 m high and 10 m wide. It remains a great testimony to the mediaeval period; it was restored in the 18th century. The Anglica Tower, with its turrets, was sung about by Mistral in Les Iscles d'Or. To its left, the 15th century Porte du Séquier marked the boundary of the village. The Tower was listed as a national Historic Monument in 1925. Site closed to the public.

Léo Tornero works on the relationship between sensuality and clay. Land, malleable will offers a multitude of techniques and its expression field is very broad. Touch as a first sense, the practice of the tour that promotes the round shapes suggests the imagination. The characters that I realize have evolved, I call them 'lunatics '. They are glazed stoneware. Inspired by dance, music and human relationships, it gives them the character of power in gesture and movement for travel. Equally they are one, feet and hands in the form of scrolls: poetic is their way.

Here, we share the same philosophy, one of advocating conviviality and authenticity in the great outdoors. Bouton d'Or is a handcrafted clothing boutique. This old hosiery from the historical centre of Arles was taken over in June 2013 by two Nanceiennes designers who have turned it into workshop where they sell their production as well as other craftsmen in the region or their knowledge. All proposed articles are unique pieces made on-site. To honour the mythical name of the store (and also because the notions, it's an addiction...), a varied and original buttons collection is also put up for sale, with including ceramic, fabric parts and glass, hand made soon.
