The Souléiado Museum was created in a private mansion which housed an Indian printing site from 1806. This society museum combines the history of our Provence with the traditional production of cotton fabrics. There are printed textiles with colourful motifs known as 'Indian textiles', which are now Provençal fabrics. In this museum, you will discover rare examples of Provençal costumes, wonderful stitching and charming reconstructions of former scenes from everyday life in Provence.

The chapel is at the entrance to the Château des Baux de Provence. Although it was originally dedicated to the Virgin Mary, it has been dedicated to Saint Catherine since the 15th century. The castle chapel was within the surrounding walls which symbolically protect the entrance to the Château, as was common in the Middle Ages. The building set vertically to the small ditch, remains of which can still be seen, was part of the Château; on the first level, that of the courtyard, it housed the castle chapel. The gaps in the cliff reveal the existence of two levels above the chapel.

The parish church is of 13th century Romanesque origin and was dedicated to Notre-Dame-de-Bethléem. It was replaced by the church of Saint Agatha, patron saint of the village. In the 17th century, the building was facing ruin; restoration work was started and later completed during a more extensive project in 1760. Worship had been banned at the church, as the building was judged too dangerous. A master mason from Tarascon built the chancel, sacristy, bell tower and two chapels (Sainte-Agathe and Sainte-Vierge).

This 18th century building, which entered the possession of the Mistral family in 1803, had a permanent effect on the poet's soul. It was here that he spent 25 years of his life and found the inspiration for 'Miréio', which he started to write within its walls. Since Mistral's time and despite the passing of the years, the dining room in the Mas is still in almost its original condition. Room and museum open to visitors.

We are first and foremost from Camargue and have been breeding bulls for three generations. We were born here on the Manade des Chanoines, in the heart of Camargue, far from the bustle of city life, and our work has always been in harmony with nature and with our traditions. Often difficult to access but extremely verdant, unspoilt Camargue consists mainly of vast, flat, marshy expanses. You can find glasswort and sea lavender, as well as umbrella pines, juniper, tamarisks, thistle and marsh horsetail, dominated by reeds and rushes the closer you get to the water.

Welcome to the world of the 'Martins', a family which, from generation to generation, has been cooking to delight gourmets from around the world. It all began almost one century ago. In 1920, an idea formed in the mind of the man whose name gave rise to the brand: crack the secrets of the cracked olive, which has become a real Provençal speciality. Since then, his successors have been living between the fields and the kitchen, close to the stove and the table. They are constantly developing new products, based on a lively tradition, and creating delicious recipes.
