In the heart of this old centre located in a house made of exposed stonework, the Museum of Agricultural Tools recounts the development of agriculture in our region thanks to irrigation. Visitors can discover a varied collection of restored old tools used for growing cereals, vines and vegetables, some of them from the 19th century. These tools, made of iron and wood, were extensions of the hands of the women and men who got the best out of the earth.

This couple considers it important to give artistic creation a human dimension and remember that before the market and the institutions, art is in the hands of artists, in their studios and their lives.

The Retro Museum is entirely dedicated to the reproduction of scenes from everyday life in the past. This nostalgic world can be accessed via the entrance to the La Crau Ecomuseum. André Avis is an enthusiastic collector. In 1987, in partnership with the Municipality, he decided to open a museum on the theme of old professions and tools. The museum has changed name since then, but its vocation remains the same, namely to preserve and pass on the memory of the Ancients to adults and primarily to children.

The Souléiado Museum was created in a private mansion which housed an Indian printing site from 1806. This society museum combines the history of our Provence with the traditional production of cotton fabrics. There are printed textiles with colourful motifs known as 'Indian textiles', which are now Provençal fabrics. In this museum, you will discover rare examples of Provençal costumes, wonderful stitching and charming reconstructions of former scenes from everyday life in Provence.

The bottle procession takes place in Saint Marcellin Chapel on 1 June every year. On this day, all male residents of Boulbon go to the Chapel carrying a bottle of wine. After the Provençal service, the bottles are blessed. Each participant can then have a sip of wine, while the village police officer distributes glasses to the clergy and the authorities. The wine blessed in the name of the Saint is believed to have beneficial effects against fevers and stomach aches.

The Oratory of the Virgin, also called Oratory of the Saint or Notre Dame, commemorates the Marian Jubilee of 1851. It is dedicated to Our Lady of Hope and is a monumental building constructed in the 19th century. Its architecture resembles that of a small temple. It has a dressed stone plinth and square pillars with capitals which protrude at the corners; this is surmounted by a cornice supporting a high niche with a semi-circular opening, framed by beautiful columns with bases and capitals under a flat cornice roof.

(formerly Hôtel du Roure) This mansion, built in the same style as the Parisian mansions of the time, has façades on which it is still possible to see all the particularly sophisticated original decoration, as well as most of its interior layout. From the street, visitors can admire the porch bearing the coat of arms of the Le Roure family, the three wings surrounding the courtyard, the décor of supporting wall ties on the ground floor and the elegance of the large windows. In the mid-17th century, a lay brotherhood of penitents had this chapel built on the Place de l'Eglise, shaded by cypress trees, on the edge of the cliff overlooking the Valley of La Fontaine. Its underground cellars contained the bodies of members of the Brotherhood. It was unearthed from the ruins in 1937 by the 'Maintenance des Confréries of Langue d'Oc'. It was then dedicated to Saint Estelle, who looks after the memory of the old Penitents of Les Baux and is patron saint of the Félibrige Association.

Sambuc Church was part of a commission issued in 1636 by Monseigneur de Barrault for the construction of six parish churches in Camargue. The Bishop wanted to fight against the de-Christianisation of the region. Its façade was rebuilt in 1656 and its roof was replaced at the end of the 19th century. Nothing remains of the original altars, baptismal fonts and sculpted fonts made of dressed stone. A second construction was attached later when the nave was extended.

The Assomption Church dates back to 1325. The forecourt of the parish church is accessed via the 19th century monumental horseshoe staircase. On the forecourt near the Town Hall, at the bottom of the church, a decorated cast iron cross sits on top of a stone altar where the priest of the commune would officiate under certain circumstances. This cross replaced an old wooden cross which supported a very large Christ. The first church was within the village of La Savoie, at the foot of the château ruins.
