Saint Michel de Frigolet Abbey (12th-14th century), in the heart of the unspoilt landscape of La Montagnette, takes its name from the many thyme bushes ('ferigoulo' in Provençal) that dot the hills. In 1133, a community of St Augustine canons settled in Frigolet; the current heart of the monastery dates from this period - the cloister (early 12th century), Saint Michel Church (12th century) and the small Notre Dame du Bon Remède Chapel (11th century).

This Tower was erected at the request of the Abbey of Montmajour, Pierre de Canillac, between 1348 and 1353. It is both a defensive and residential construction; although the tower was an important symbol of power and military strength in those times of war (the 14th and 15th centuries were punctuated with a series of conflicts, better known as the Hundred Years' War). It was combined with other constructions which housed the seigniorial residence and a ceremonial room where justice was administered.

Croix de la Durance (The Cross of the Durance) Together with the Cross of the Grey Penitents, this cross dominates the Orgon landscape. It stands above the Durance Valley, on the Port Vieux cliff, as a symbol of Christian faith visible by villagers and travellers from many miles away. The Cross at the Porte la Durance This cross overlooks the Porte de la Durance fountain; here is a drawing of the cross by René Fages in the monograph he co-wrote with Louis Tertian. The first known mention of the existence of Saint Peyre d'Entremonts Priory dates back to 1213. However, it was constructed before this date. The remains of the buildings are currently being restored; the 'Apier ou le Mur a des Oreilles' Association is organising volunteers to work on the site. The first job was to clear the site of the vegetation and scree that had invaded it and made it inaccessible, then the walls will gradually be rebuilt.

The Le Castellet site, a small rocky plateau, was occupied by an oppidum in the 4th century BC. It was abandoned two centuries later, but redeveloped in the 12th century. Within the château walls was a high tower, which no longer exists, as well as a church dedicated to Saint Mary. Only the apse remains standing: it is semi-domed and supported by eight ribs resting on corbels. These remains are currently located on the land of a private Mas and are therefore inaccessible to the public.

It is thought that the site was besieged in the 11th century, a controversial hypothesis based only on the testimony of papal bull.
